Foundation leaking? Basement smells off? Halo Water Proofing sends a real technician to your Minster property, gives you a straight answer, and fixes it right the first time.
Licensed & insured in OH · 24/7 dispatch
Halo Water Proofing is a OH-licensed Emergency Waterproofing company that treats every Minster job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Minster technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Minster homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Catching one of these early usually means a smaller repair bill and a lot less stress for Minster homeowners.
Odor is often the very first clue Minster homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
Small cracks in a Minster foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
This is one sign we tell Minster customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Minster crews handle most.
A flooded Minster basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews get it out and start drying the space the same visit.
Get Emergency Help →Seasonal ground movement in Minster tends to widen existing cracks over time, so sealing early usually costs less than waiting.
Ask About Crack Repair →Most Minster pump failures happen during the exact storms that need them most, which is exactly why battery backup matters.
Book a Pump Check →Some Minster properties need both systems working together — we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Minster crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →Commercial water intrusion means bigger stakes — inventory, tenants, downtime. We scope commercial Minster jobs with written specs and a real timeline.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
We figure out fast whether this needs an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
A Minster technician walks the property, checks the foundation and drainage, and explains what's found in plain language.
No verbal number that quietly grows once the truck pulls up — the written quote is the final word.
You get documentation of the work plus a real warranty — not just a handshake.
We've heard every Minster horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
We quote the job in writing after seeing it in person, so there's no surprise on the final invoice.
A local dispatch model means the technician who answers your questions is the same one who shows up.
Warranty terms are explained in plain language before you sign, with no fine-print surprises later.
We'd rather earn a repeat Minster customer with an honest fix than push a system you don't need.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Word of mouth is still how most Minster customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Handled waterproofing for our parking structure with minimal disruption to tenants and stuck to the schedule."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"First contractor who actually explained where the water was coming from instead of just quoting a number."
"Sump pump inspection was thorough and they didn't try to sell me a new one when mine just needed a part replaced."
We back our Minster work with real, transferable warranties because we plan to be here long after the job is done, not just for the one visit.
